We're looking for a community support all-star to take charge of customer satisfaction in the SF Bay Area. You are... • A utility player. You're willing to find resolutions to customer issues early, late and often. • Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily... TenderTree users are calling you, emailing you, and IMing you? No prob! • Word savvy. You have exceptional writing skills and can craft everything from emails and blog posts to policies and summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly. • A naturally curious problem-solver. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things. • Fun. You're a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; you’re eloquent and friendly; you're flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world. Responsibilities You'll be tasked with supporting our users with delightful service and inspiring a growing user base to share the TenderTree experience. You'll have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets: • Recruit the very best caregivers onto our site, through job boards and resumes. • Approve caregiver profiles by copy-editing their profiles, verifying their licenses and references, etc. • Tame upset caregivers and turn them into passionate evangelists. Respond to emails, phone, and chat support issues promptly. • Spread the word about TenderTree through creating exciting blog & social web content. Experience • Tech-savvy, ability to type 50+ WPM, ease with using Skype, Google docs, and web applications. • Solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing (grammar buffs wanted). • Customer support background a plus. • Influencer amongst your friends and community. Education • College degree in Marketing, Public Relations or similar degree is a plus, not required. The ideal candidate for this role is a college senior. There is an opportunity for a full-time hire with this role. Salary opportunities are based on experience and open to negotiation. *** Bottom line: You have to be ready to hustle!
