Shareholder Intern Subsidiary: Olgoonik Development, LLC Location: AK - Anchorage Requisition Number: 2011050 City: Anchorage State/Territory: US-AK # of openings: 1 Description Overview: This position is intended to provide experience and training for administrative development. Performs basic administrative support responsibilities for the Corporate and Shareholder Services Group. Primary Responsibilities: Compiles and composes routine and non-routine documents including, but not limited to: correspondence, policies, presentations, procedures, reports, work instructions, minutes and logs. Performs administrative support functions such as filing, typing, scanning, photocopying, and other general clerical functions. Works closely with other personnel to provide friendly and consistent public and client views of our company. 路Follows established procedures and performs routine duties. Provides clerical and administrative support for projects promoting and developing shareholder hiring, training, career development and management trainee plans. Provides clerical and administrative support in the coordination of corporate events such as annual Open House, AFN meetings, and other special events. Assists with organizing, scheduling and coordinating oversight Committee meetings, workshops and events. Assists with meeting logistics, documents, record-keeping and action items. May take minutes during Committee meetings and Board meetings; prepares transcripts and agendas, and draft resolutions as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma required. As this is a training and development position, candidates currently pursuing a degree will be given preference. Must be able to present a professional image at all times. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
