Fall 2012 Human Resources Internship - Charlotte Bobcats (Charlotte, NC) Bobcats Sports & Entertainment seeks a Human Resources intern who will be assisting us with: Organizing employment materials Spreadsheet maintenance Communicating with different departments within the company Learning about different employment processes Assisting with the Internship program Various compliance requirements General office duties All other projects as assigned. Pursuit of a Human Resources, Sports Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related degree is preferred. This is a non-paid internship and is requiring the individual to receive college credit The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, be professional and be able to multi-task. Applicant must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Any experience working for a team, athletic department, or with a sporting event is beneficial. The candidate should be, but not limited to, a Junior, Senior or graduate level student. The candidate will need to be in the office 30-40hours a week and need to attend some home games.
