Job Summary: Seeking a first year MBA student who has passion and is interested in working on key strategic project in support of NetApp’s largest technology alliance, Cisco. Primary responsibilities include: • Program Manage the Cisco/NetApp FlexPod sales survey • Develop a Cisco/NetApp Sales and Partner Facing research questionnaire and implement a live phone survey to understand the experiences of our top NetApp/ Cisco Sales Reps and top Channel Partners on their successes, challenges and best practices in prospecting, selling and delivering the FlexPod solution. This survey will help to understand opportunities and challenges when partnering with Cisco’s top ecosystem partners. • Create a summary report documenting the results of the sales survey focusing on trends, top challenges + successes, best practices and recommendations to improve. • Publish the top best practices and success stories on CiscoNetApp.com Job Requirements: • 3 yrs experience working on cross functional projects • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes • Familiarity with alliances, business development, marketing or sales. • 1 year of completed MBA curriculum from a national university • Previous experience working in a corporate environment Skills: • Proven project management and communications skills. • Organized, process oriented, and able to multitask. • Excellent communication skills verbal and written • Proactive self-starter who can manage virtual teams and keep projects on schedule Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to build strong working relationships across different areas of the organization Education and Experience : - First Year MBA Student
