This person will provide valuable support to the Digital Metrics team maintaining the data integrity across Tribune’s network of digital media offerings. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and driven to produce work that aligns with our standards of excellence. Responsibilities: Maintain data integrity of the tagging in Omniture (SiteCatalyst) and dimension tables in the enterprise datawarehouse Extract and collate appropriate data from SiteCatalyst, comScore, Nielsen online measurement tools and the enterprise datawarehouse Generate and distribute standard regular reporting Develop and support automation and enhancements of dashboards and actionable reports Effectively present data discrepancy results and learning of insights Participate in ongoing discussions concerning data collection, tagging and data analysis Provide administration tasks related to user account support Help manage the team SharePoint site Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies Experience interpreting online activity using online measurement tools Demonstrate proficiency with Excel. Attention to detail Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Currently enrolled in college as a junior or senior preferably studying Marketing, Computer Science or Business Management This internship will provide an hourly rate and/or college credit as appropriate for this 12 week opportunity.
