Job Description Prialto Personal Outsourcing (www.prialto.com) is looking for a talented and dynamic individual to drive our marketing strategy. The position is entry level, but has the potential for rapid advancement (see below). The marketing manager will drive a number of both tactical and strategic initiatives, including: Tactical initiatives Manage and contribute to the corporate blog Work with Prialto’s management team to create white papers for Prialto clients and prospects Support the Prialto sales teams outreach efforts Work with Prialto members to write case studies Manage the Prialto web site Develop a comprehensive set of marketing materials, including a new member welcome packet, potential member worksheets and other materials designed to help members better utilize their Prialto service and help communicate Prialto’s capabilities to new and potential members Strategic initiatives: Working with all stakeholders, develop a comprehensive communications voice for Prialto Lead the refinement of the Prialto member experience Develop and drive a comprehensive public relations strategy that elicits the right kind of attention for Prialto, while clearly articulating the company’s capabilities and values The position will begin as an unpaid internship with the potential for quick advancement to a paid role with several potential paths for development depending on the interests of the intern. Potential long-term roles include sales or engagement management. Qualifications The successful candidate will be very proactive, have excellent follow through and initiative, and he/she will be a creative thinker and problem solver. He/she must have excellent writing skills and some interest in international business. The position is perfect for: English or Communications major, interested in deploying his/her writing skills in a highly practical environment. An International Affairs, Anthropology, History or Economics major with a strong interest in cross-border, international business. A graduate interested in either moving up rapidly in an entrepreneurial environment or in pursuing an advance degree in business, public policy, law or international affairs. Prialto is founded and operated by Wharton and Stanford MBAs and has a dynamic culture that supports the personal growth of its teammates. If desired, the principals will work with the intern to strategize entry to program of a similar caliber.
