Our internships are designed to accommodate your school calendar. They typically start in mid-May or mid-June and end in August or September. The majority of our internships are in the field of engineering. The following Informatica groups hire summer interns: Platform We work on the Application Services framework for the next generation Informatica Platform. This framework enables other Informatica Products to create their custom Data Integration related services and quickly plug it into the broader Informatica ecosystem. Our concerns are around techniques to maximize performance, scalability and providing base functional capabilities to these products User Interface The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals who are interested in building highly scalable Cloud /Desktop/Mobile UI application that is revolutionizing the software industry and used by people every day. You will be working in a dynamic and small team culture, which rewards innovative and professional people with exciting opportunities. Cloud As a member of the engineering team, you will develop highly scalable, fault tolerant, distributed multitenant platform to deliver integration services. You will design and develop browser based apps delivered over multiple devices – PCs, tablets, phones. Development is based primarily on Java open Source stack and HTML5. Quality Assurance This position will participate in the testing effort of enterprise software. He/she will test and critique software components and interfaces in great technical depth, write test programs to assure high product quality, and develop advanced test tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
