Geezeo is a fast growing financial technology company based out of Tolland, CT. We work with banks and credit unions and are doing our part to make the banking experience more engaging and enjoyable. Right now we're looking for a energetic sales/biz dev intern to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development departmental needs in all facets. The basic duties and responsibilities are outlined below, although additional duties may be assigned or may be changed at any time to accommodate changing business needs. This is a summer internship opportunity that could lead to a more long term pt/ft position. Contracts and Sales Administration Increase the effectiveness and productivity of the Biz Dev Team by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks Assist in entering and updating leads in CRM Work with engagement leads to ensure that NDAs are sent and signed in a timely manner Assist engagement leads with proposal generation by completing the administrative components of proposals and by reviewing them for errors Track the status of contract signatures and keep the relevant parties informed Ensure that clients receive their copies of signed agreements Keep current, accurate, and complete logs of all contracts, as well as summaries of key contract provisions such as expiration dates, non-compete clauses, and marketing permissions May attend sales pipeline meetings and follow up on contract-related issues as needed Set up project folders and put project milestones, project retrospectives on team member calendars Experience/Background Skills Current enrollment in college business degree program Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive problem solving capabilities combined with strong organizational and time management skills Proficient computer skills in all Mac or MS applications (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Proven ability to work with diverse group of people in a busy setting Extremely organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; can prioritize multiple tasks efficiently To apply, email your resume and cover letter describing your passion, talent and work style.
