Loyalty Product Support Intern-5050005G Description Hours: 20-25 hours per week DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Loyalty Product Support administers the various products and services for FIS' Card Enhancement and Rewards programs. This position is part of the ScoreCard Rewards team, which provides customer and client support, manages daily operations, and coordinates processes with various other groups such as Client Relations, IT, Accounting, and external vendors. Our clients include banks and credit unions, retail outlets, and convenience stores. QUALIFICATIONS Strong PC skills, Microsoft office applications required - especially Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication and Customer Service skills A high degree of flexibility, creativity, innovation, attention to detail and critical thinking Ability to work in self-directed and team environments RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with special projects or requests - Assist with handling customer service calls (inbound and outbound) - Assist in troubleshooting issues - Logging/tracking issues, requests, and call volumes - Data mining using various applications - File testing, processing and monitoring - Process and Procedure documentation - System parameter updates and audits - Processing client requests/applications Entry level role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Generally performs single-function tasks that tend to be of small to moderate size and scope. Works under close supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
