This position primarily provides administrative support to the proposal management and staff. The Intern will periodically work with highly sensitive, private and confidential personal information and records. Accordingly, this position must at all times uphold and preserve this confidentiality and secure and safeguard all records. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Providing general administrative support to the HR department. Coordinate/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers. Support HR in processing new hire paperwork and personnel files. Conduct candidate reference checks.
