Finance Intern Location: McLean, VA Description We are looking for a full-time college student to support our Finance team. This is a paid internship and the rate is $8.00 per hour. We will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school. We ask that candidates would be able to work about 30- 40 hours per week during the summer and 20 hours per week during the school year. Position Duties Support Cvent’s Finance team Enter manual invoices into Great Plains accounting system Review & process daily invoices and expenses Maintain communication with vendors Answer employee inquiries regarding expenses Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for the month end close Assist in processing weekly check runs Filing of checks, invoices, and expenses Other duties as assigned Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week minimum during the summer, and 20 hours per week during the school year, if possible.
