Fall 2012 Arena Operations Internship - Charlotte Bobcats (Charlotte, NC) Hours Required: Hours vary – Must be available for some arena events, as well as selected Bobcats games, throughout the semester that may occur on evenings and weekends. Job Description: Time Warner Cable Arena, home of the Charlotte Bobcats, is looking for a college junior or senior, or graduate student to serve as an intern for operations & events held at the arena.The position is unpaid and you must receive academic credit. The Intern will: • Assist in daily operations of the Arena Operations Department, maintaining & updating event file, and such. • Assist with admin duties such as green awareness, maintaining supply orders, corporate express, and FedEx, events calendars, etc. • Assist with pre event planning, and day of events operations associated with all TWC Arena events & Bobcats games. • Assists Arena Operations department with various other projects.
