IT Quality Engineer Intern Tester (Malvern, PA) Date: 2012-08-02, 1:39PM EDT Belcan TechServices is currently searching for a long term contract IT Quality Engineer Intern Tester canddiate for one of our clients based in Malvern, PA. This person will receive training and perform work in the following areas: Integration and System Testing - the goal of which is to assure a high quality of the application prior to delivering to the customer by verifying that all requirements that have been defined for the product are met and working without errors. The test analyst formulates and performs the testing and then evaluates the test results either via the User Interface or by verifying data in the database itself via SQL scripts. In the event of defects they will generate a defect report and pursue the solution of the defect with the responsible developer. The tests cover the entire bandwidth of not only the applications functions, but also the complete solution, which combines several third party products. Should have testing experience co-coordinating testing efforts including but not limited to test execution planning, defect analysis and triaging and test reporting.
