We are seeking an energetic and self motivated individual for our fast growing business. Ideal candidate would be a University of Lowell or neighboring college student available for about 20 hours a week. Primary Function: The Office Intern will assist with general office activities as determined by office administration. General office duties will include, but are not limited to, handling incoming calls, filing, incoming/outgoing mail, scheduling and coordinating meetings. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with miscellaneous special projects • Perform miscellaneous office duties (answer phones, organization of files, coordinating meetings, small-package domestic shipping, purchasing supplies, etc.) • Assist with maintenance of sales database • Perform related duties as assigned Qualifications: • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong sense of integrity. Position Structure: • This is a paid position ($12.00) and will provide documentation for college credit purposes. • Flexible hours, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
