Job Description The News Writer Intern is responsible for writing stories for AccuWeather.com. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills; the ability to understand weather related topics, and write stories that are interesting to a general audience, using non-technical terms. You will have the opportunity to research stories for website and television projects.This paid internship be up to 20 hours per week and will start in September and end in early December. BACKGOUND/QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing a 4-year degree in journalism, English, or a related field that provides experience in writing.
