We achieve this mission through human rights advocacy, community outreach, mobilization & mass media programs, and public awareness about the understanding of the link between gender-based violence & gender equality, HIV/AIDS, poverty and national economy. RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): - Plan & execute our regular monthly donor events like Red Palm Walks or any other program as established. - Research & establish donor programs incl. solicitation, planned monthly giving, major gift, corporate accountability, thus aiming to achieve annual fundraising goals for the successful campaign programs implementation. - Establish and maintain our various donor programs to include, but not limited to , Give-in-memory program, Give-as-gift program, Recycle program, Monthly giving programs, Fundraise- online programs, Shop-for-a-cause programs and other programs as and when planned. - Develop and maintain partnership programs with tie-ups with similar grass root level organizations and Corporates/Businesses, incl. sponsorships. - Establish programs in line with the campaign’s advocacy, education and empowerment objectives. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE - Superb attention to detail is critical. - Self-motivation, Multitasking capabilities - Excellent research and organization skills with time and project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional written and communication style. - Ability to work independently about 20-25 hours a week - Ability to use personal laptop for internship work and work from home, if needed. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Word press and HTML knowledge a plus WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE - A real life platform to practice your skills, get involved with live situations and practice problem solving - Valuable experience to work with an International campaign - Opportunity to join fulltime or part time - References & job recommendations in the industry.
