Student Ambassador Program at Top Hat Monocle
This is a business development position for the summer, fall, and/or spring term. We’re looking for sophomores, juniors, seniors and grad students who will help us on our mission for world (read: classroom) domination. As a Campus Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for helping implement and spearhead adoption on your campus by reaching out to professors and raising awareness about Top Hat Monocle.
You’ll be working directly with our Sales and Marketing teams, who will provide you with all of the materials you’ll need to succeed. Through the program, you’ll gain marketable skills and resume-building experience to take with you in both sales and marketing. Don’t worry, we understand you’re super busy kicking tail and taking names with homework and lecture, so the commitment is only about 5-10 hours per week. That being said, your compensation will be commission-based, so you have the opportunity to make some serious money while simultaneously joining a team that is working toward doing something meaningful.
In addition to gaining direct experience in sales and marketing, you’ll also get incredible exposure to all facets of what it’s like to work at a startup. We’ll bring in speakers and encourage our awesome ambassadors to ask questions and pick the brains of our executive team as well as some of Silicon Valley’s thought leaders. Also, upon completion of the program, we’re really good at writing killer letters of recommendation!
