We are looking for bright, motivated students who want to apply themselves to project managing hard core engineering, prototyping, and short run production programs. Expect to be completely immersed in product development projects including contact with our clients and vendors. Experience our climbing wall, razor scooters, dispatching office ninjas and if you can skateboard, you’ll get around the office much faster. You may be “Synapster” material if you are self-motivated, excel at learning, play as hard as you work, routinely exceed others' expectations, are mentally flexible and enjoy taking ownership and sharing success. A good attitude and raw intellect are essential. Project Manager Interns would benefit from having the following skills: •Great people skills. You will be interfacing with many different people across the business. •The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. How many plates can you juggle? •The attention to detail to ensure all action items are tied off successfully. •Have a desire to work with multi-disciplinary programs across multiple broad business disciplines (Sales to Engineering) •Strong organizational skills to ensure that multiple items are tracked and driven to closure •Experience creating and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project as well as schedule integrations •Self-starter who can identify needs an take the initiative to solve them •Experience herding cats Applications Please include in your cover letter what academic term you will be available.
