Andrew Maguire is the Founder and CEO of InternMatch. Andrew grew up in Bethesda, Maryland and received his BA from Columbia University. He majored in Political Theory and became heavily interested in social entrepreneurship, which provided much of the impetus for starting InternMatch. Andrew now lives in San Francisco where he spends his free time rock climbing, skiing, and playing chess.

Nathan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he double-majored in Economics and International Relations. Nathan gained experience in marketing while working at Arnold Worldwide and in the environmental community after completing internships at both the National Audubon Society and the National Parks Conservation Association. Seeking adventure and the outdoors, Nathan spent his summer before graduation sailing the Labrador coast of NE Canada in a crew of six and with no prior sailing experience. This trip furthered Nathan’s interest in the environment, confronting challenges, and learning in new situations. Currently Nathan enjoys working on InternMatch and meeting new people as the platform grows.

Ryan Garver is the CTO of InternMatch and is responsible for engineering and product. Ryan has worked in the internet start up world for the past 8 years and been in leadership positions for 7 of those years. Ryan studied computer science at University of California, Santa Barbara where he received a bachelors in Creative Studies (seriously) and a masters in Computer Science. In his free time he is usually out hiking with his wife and dog in the Bay Area mountains, or enjoying good coffee in front of his computer not using his free time.

Raphael has been working at startups since the mid-nineties, when he started as an intern for Alexa Internet. In college, he studied Cognitive Science with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, writing his thesis on the computational evolution of teamwork in artificial agents. Recently, he took a break from startups to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras, and then as an instructor for Year Up. In addition to programming, Raphael enjoys running, cycling, and rock climbing.

Thomas Martino is a native SF Bay Area, California resident where he grew up and studied Marketing, Entrepreneurial Practices, and Commercial Recreation at C.S.U. Chico. He has gained experience in marketing and sales throughout his life spanning from roles at ROCKSTAR Energy Drink to Live Nation Entertainment’s VIP Department. While not at the office, Thomas enjoys going to live events, meeting as many new people as possible, talking sports, reading about the latest and greatest in tech, and networking with like-minded entrepreneurs.

Rob Dumas is the Chief Strategy Officer for InternMatch, bringing more than 15 years of online recruitment experience to the team. Previously, Rob was the VP, Global Corporate Development for Dice Holdings; owners of Dice.com, eFinancialCareers and other industry leading niche recruitment websites. Rob also was responsible for building and leading several sales/revenue channels during his 10 years with Dice.com. Prior to Dice Holdings, Rob was part of the initial Monsterboard.com management team. Rob led the sales effort through the migration to Monster.com. Rob currently serves on two Company Boards and is an active Advisor to three additional early stage firms. Rob attended the University of Washington and holds an MBA from the Foster School of Business.

Ashley grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, where she became passionate about entrepreneurship and marketing after launching a campaign charging classmates to take a photo with a shoe given to her by former NBA player, Shaquille O’Neal. She later studied Film and History at Howard University in Washington, DC--scoring several amazing internships along the way, including one for a film studio in the Philippines. Soon after, she became the go-to person on campus for classmates looking to find internships and now she helps millions of students find great positions via InternMatch.

Vanessa is a self-proclaimed social philosopher. After graduating UC Berkeley with majors in English and Ancient Greek, she joined the start-up community and fell in love with technology and innovation. In her spare time, she ponders the symbiotic relationship between emerging technologies and social implications. She enjoys the random things in life, always looking to keep it interesting.
